Who we are
A commissioned service of three local charities, offering support to those who provide care to a child or adult family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health condition or an addiction and who cannot cope without their support. The care they give is unpaid.
The Three Partners
A partnership of three commissioned local charities: Age UK Berkshire, Berkshire Youth and Promise Inclusion. Between us we offer information, advice, and support to people throughout Wokingham who are caring for a child or adult family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health condition or an addiction and who cannot cope without their support. The care they give is unpaid.

Berkshire Youth
For carers aged 18 and under.
Berkshire Youth is a local charity supporting local young people. We help young people reach their full potential by enabling them to find their voice and place in society including Young Carers across Wokingham Borough.
We provide Young Carers with access to events and activities as well as information for young carers and those who support them.

Promise Inclusion
Promise Inclusion (Pinc) is a local charity supporting children and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism and their carers and families in Wokingham Borough.
For anyone caring for a child or adult with a learning disability and/or autism we provide information and advice, access to respite events and activities, information workshops, monthly meetings for carers and more.
